The beauty of this medium-sized piece is the seemingly gravity defying tricks it plays. Typically Vic’s work takes the form of casts. Then using a base of sustainable casting cement, different materials such as metal powders and pigments are added. When drying differences in textures, colours and surfaces emerge. Every piece is cast by hand and patterns vary as each sculpture is bespoke.
